It's no coincidence that we talk about chocolates, now that we're in their season. They are almost always the go-to gift for acquaintances, friends and, let's face it, for hiding in a drawer and eating in secret. It turns out there is a standout leader when it comes to sales.
In 2023 they sold 340 thousand units, of which 225 thousand were registered since the start of the Christmas campaign in October. Crispy wafer biscuit spheres are filled with hazelnut and cocoa cream. In the center there is a whole hazelnut, which gives it more crunch.
Hazelnut Delights are produced in Spain, under the chain's own brand, Hacendado. They mainly contain milk chocolate, hazelnuts, flour (with gluten), milk powder, cocoa powder and vanilla.

So, after collecting inputs from our chefs, we improved the recipe, making the interior creamier, the texture of the wafer crispier and we started working with fresher hazelnuts”, says the brand.
