HOW TO PREPARE?

DELTA barley coffee comes in powder, which means that it can easily be used as an instant drink.
Put water up to boiling point
Add Delta Barley, about 50g/l and stir
Let it boil for 2 or 3 mins more and take it out from the heat
Add a bit of cold water and let it rest for a bit
Serve. You can also filter it before.
Add sugar as preferred.
